I Miss Cramps
I only miss cramps because not having any limits my range of experimentation. I may never know if I prefer massage or raspberry leaf tea as a cure. (Tiny violins, I know...)
As part of an overhaul of the menstrual products section of the site, I've updated the reusable menstrual cups information.
That's all for now as I think I'm about to have a nasty food reaction (a sudden cramp has suddenly reminded me of just what it was that I ate before I was unexplainedly, violently ill a few weeks ago, and it happens to have been an ingredient in tonight's dinner. Distress!).
